Pomegranate mimosa

This easy twist on a classic brunch cocktail is so easy, vibrant and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz pomegranate juice
  • 4 fl oz champagne approx, or other sparkling wine
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate arils to garnish, optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put the pomegranate juice in the bottom of a champagne flute.
  2. Add a little champagne, let it settle, then continue to add to fill the glass. Add the pomegranate arils on top and serve.

Notes

  • Note the triple sec is optional but does definitely add to the flavor of the drink.
