Ingredients
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup pecan
- 6 cups green of choice
- 2 red apple diced
- 2 cups arils pomegranate
- ½ cup dried cranberry
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and minced
Instructions
- Add all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and add to the salad bowl.
- Toss all together.
- Serve.
