Poppy Seed Dressing

An all-purpose dressing, this Poppy Seed Salad Dressing recipe is light and bright, perfect for summer salads! It's EASY to make and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons white onion , grated
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a blend or food processor, combine white vinegar, brown sugar, Kosher salt, dry mustard and white onion. Blend well.
  2. Add olive oil and blend until emulsified.
  3. Stir in poppy seeds by hand and serve.
