Pork belly Ramen

Pork belly ramen combines slow-roasted pork belly with a rich, aromatic broth made by simmering pork bones and vegetables. The broth is seasoned with soy, fish sauce, ponzu, and miso paste, creating a deeply savory base. Sliced pork belly served over noodles with boiled egg and fresh spring onion yields a comforting bowl balancing tender meat, hearty noodles, and fragrant broth.
