Pork Crackling In Air Fryer

  • 500 g Pack Pork Rinds/Skin
Kitchen Gadgets
  • Philips Air Fryer

Instructions

  1. Place the rolled-up pork rinds into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 30 minutes at 180c/360f turning halfway through for an even crisp on the crackling.
  2. When the air fryer beeps air fry the crackling for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f just to finish off the crispy texture.
  3. To transform into pork scratchings, chop with a large kitchen knife into chunks and air fry for another 5 minutes at 200c/400f.
