Pork Seasoning

This pork seasoning is the perfect bled of delicious spices. It only takes about 5 minutes to whip up and will elevate your meals for months to come!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Stir until all the spices are incorporated.
  2. Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 months.
  3. To use, combine 3 tablespoons of seasoning with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Rub on about 1 lb of tenderloin. Allow the seasonings to sit on the pork for 20 minutes or up to 24 hours if stored in the fridge in a sealable plastic bag. This seasoning is also delicious when grilling or baking pork as well.
