Pork Steaks in Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 4 pork steaks
  • 2 tbsp pork rub
  • 1 tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat any excess moisture off pork steaks with paper towel.
  2. Generously rub pork steaks with pork rub, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place in slow cooker and cook on high for 4-6 hours, until fork tender (my slow cookers vary wildly - check pork after 4 hours, and adjust cook time if not tender yet.) 
  4. When pork is fork tender, remove and serve with rice, vegetables, or a salad - or shred and enjoy in tacos, burritos, or a pulled pork sandwich!
