Marinade and Pork
- 500 gms – 1.1 lbs. pork strips
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 - ½ tsp salt
 - 1 egg
 - Corn flour for dredging
 - vegetable oil for frying
 
Stir fry
- 1 small onion roughly chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic sliced
 - 1 dried red chilli or to taste
 - 1 bunch spring onions sliced
 - 1 small head of broccoli cut into florets
 - 1 small sweet green pepper/capsicum roughly chopped
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
