Ingredients
For the Pork Ground Tacos
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 7 ounces salsa verde one small can
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
For Serving
- pineapple canned or fresh, diced
- white onion diced
- cilantro fresh
- queso fresco
- tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, heat oil until shimmering.
- Add pork and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and cumin and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the salsa verde, honey, and salt and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until most of the liquid is evaporated.
- Serve on tortillas of your choice or fry into tacos.
- Top with desired toppings.
