Post Workout Smoothie

This Post Workout Smoothie is the perfect drink to recharge after a tough workout!  Chock full of ingredients to replenish your body.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 heaping cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 heaping cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ¼ cups coconut water I like Zico

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  If smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water or plain water to reach desired consistency.  Drink immediately.

Notes

  • As always I recommend using frozen fruit in smoothies for the best taste and consistency. 
  • Each serving for the 21 Day Fix = 2/3 Red, 3 Purple and 1/2 Yellow.
