Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or mason jar. Store in the pantry for up to 6 months in an airtight container.

Notes

  • I recommend using 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of meat when making a pot roast in the oven, or in a slow cooker.
