Potatoes a la Maître D’Hôtel from A Vegetarian’s Tale

Ingredients

  • 4 Russet potatoes
  • ½ stick of butter
  • One bunch of fresh dill chopped
  • salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 3" pieces.
  2. Place them in a pot of water and season with a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Boil the potatoes until they are soft, and then drain them.
  4. Stir in the chopped dill and butter. Cover the pot and stir until the butter has melted and the potatoes become creamy.
