Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes
- ½ stick of butter
- One bunch of fresh dill chopped
- salt
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 3" pieces.
- Place them in a pot of water and season with a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil.
- Boil the potatoes until they are soft, and then drain them.
- Stir in the chopped dill and butter. Cover the pot and stir until the butter has melted and the potatoes become creamy.
