Praline Bacon
Praline bacon is an amazingly delicious and decadent treat- bacon is baked with brown sugar, maple syrup, and almonds to make a sweet, salty, and smoky dish.

Ingredients
- 10 lices thick cut bacon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds pecans or walnuts can also be used
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and insert an oven-safe cooling rack.
- Place 10 slices of bacon on the rack and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until fat is rendered off and bacon is almost cooked.
- Brush bacon with maple syrup (2 tablespoons), and sprinkle brown sugar (1/2 cup) and almonds (1/4 cup) evenly on top.
- Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, until sugar is melted.
- Remove and allow to cool partially before eating.
