Ingredients
- 10 ounces fresh Feta cheese
- 1 lemon zested
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped preserved lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper more if desired
- Fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- In a large food processor add all ingredients and puree until smooth.
- Pour into a serving bowl.
- If desired, top with the addition of chopped preserved lemon, mint, crushed red pepper, and fresh cracked pepper.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
