Pretzel Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter unsalted
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk whole
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, sharp
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
