Prosecco Grapes

These delicious Prosecco Grapes are soaked in sparkling wine and vodka then coated in sugar. Prosecco vodka grapes are the perfect appetizer for New Year's eve and only take 5-minutes to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green grapes seedless
  • 2 cups red grapes seedless
  • 2 cups Prosecco sparkling wine
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Remove all grapes from the stem and rinse under water. Using a paper towel, gently pat the grapes dry and place into a large bowl.
  2. Pour the Prosecco and vodka over the grapes and toss to make sure all the grapes are coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours.
  3. Drain the grapes but do not pat dry and lay out on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle sugar over the grapes making sure to coat each grape. You can also roll the grapes around the sugar in the pan to make sure they are well coated.
  4. Place cookie sheet in the refrigerator for an hour or until time to serve the grapes.
