Ingredients

  • 2 hearts romaine lettuce shredded
  • 8 oz grilled chicken diced
  • ⅓ cup chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 lices cooked turkey bacon chopped
  • 1 oz chopped salami
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Pecorino Romano cheese shaved (or Italian cheese)
  • ¼ -⅓ cup Italian dressing vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Add romaine lettuce to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Top with diced and cooled grilled chicken, chickpeas, turkey bacon, salami, tomatoes and cheese.
  3. Drizzle with italian dressing, toss and serve!
