Ingredients
- 2 hearts romaine lettuce shredded
- 8 oz grilled chicken diced
- ⅓ cup chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 lices cooked turkey bacon chopped
- 1 oz chopped salami
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup Pecorino Romano cheese shaved (or Italian cheese)
- ¼ -⅓ cup Italian dressing vinaigrette
Instructions
- Add romaine lettuce to a large mixing bowl.
- Top with diced and cooled grilled chicken, chickpeas, turkey bacon, salami, tomatoes and cheese.
