Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla for added sweetness
  • 1 cup milk of choice cow's milk, soy milk, or unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla protein powder, mixed frozen berries, Greek yogurt, and milk.
  2. Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Once blended to your preference, pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the quantity of milk based on your preferred consistency , more milk for a thinner smoothie, and less for a thicker one.
