Protein Granola

This protein granola is super easy to make and packed with 10 grams of protein per serving! Enjoy it with yogurt or as cereal for a delicious high protein snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats old fashioned
  • 1 cup nuts raw, of choice
  • 1 cup seeds raw, of choice
  • ½ cup plant-based vanilla protein powder I used SunWarrior
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and toss to combine.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread granola mixture onto the sheet, pressing the mixture down with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Do not stir halfway through baking. Let the granola cool completely on the pan before stirring.
