Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 coop whey protein powder or flavored whey protein of choice, Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl flavor
- 2 tbsp raisins or dried fruit of choice
- cinnamon pinch, optional
Instructions
- Add ingredients to 1/2 to 3/4 cup water (depending on preference). Stir until mixed. Microwave for one minute, then stir and microwave for another 30 seconds (or more if needed).
