Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl whey protein or flavored whey protein of choice
  • 2 tbsp raisins or dried fruit of choice
  • Optional: Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add ingredients to 1/2 to 3/4 cup water (depending on preference).  Stir until mixed.  Microwave for one minute, then stir and microwave for another 30 seconds (or more if needed).
