Protein Pancake Bowl
This 3 ingredient high protein pancake bowl comes together in less than 5 minutes and is packed with 18 grams of protein. It's the ultimate quick and easy breakfast recipe!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup protein pancake and waffle mix I used Birch Benders, plant-based
- ¼ cup egg white
- ⅓ banana mashed
- peanut butter blueberries and maple syrup, toppings of choice
Instructions
- Spray a microwave-safe bowl with non-stick spray. Add mashed banana, pancake mix and egg whites to the bowl and whisk to combine.
- Pop the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean. Add toppings and enjoy!
