Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Lightly spray the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add batter to a preheated waffle iron, and cook until the waffle is crisp to your liking.
- Serve with fresh berries and pure maple syrup!
