Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons sugar coarse
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Slice the puff pastry crust into 6 even pieces.
- Place the sections on a sheet tray.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry sections.
- Spoon the blueberries over the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest and coarse sugar.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
