Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed but cold
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cooked ham diced
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese your choice
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease an 8- to 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it's larger than your pie plate. Gently press the pastry into the plate, folding and adjusting as needed to fit, trimming any excess pastry, if you like.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and salt. Evenly distribute the diced ham, half of the cheese, and the sliced green onions over the puff pastry. Carefully pour the egg mixture on top and finish by sprinkling the remaining cheese over everything.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the puff pastry is a rich golden brown and the egg mixture has set firmly.
  5. DEVOUR!
