Pulled Pork Tater Tot Casserole

Crispy tater tots, melty cheese, and tangy BBQ come together in this delicious and easy pulled pork tater tot casserole. Just 4 ingredients and 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen tater tots
  • 1-2 lbs pulled pork BBQ
  • 14 ounces yellow melting cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Layer tater tots to cover the bottom of an 8" or 9" rectangle baking dish.
  3. Add a layer of pulled pork barbecue - about 1/2" thick.
  4. Sprinkle with crispy onions.
  5. Layer cheese cubes on top of your barbecue, spacing out the cheese cubes as evenly as possible.
  6. Add a final layer of tater tots to cover the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until top layer of tater tots is golden brown.
