Pumpkin Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin (about 1/2 can - You can also easily make homemade canned pumpkin too.)
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease your loaf pan.
  2. In a stand up mixer, combine bananas and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well each time.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon.
  6. Slowly add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture. Mix just until combined.
  7. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 70 to 80 minutes. Bread is done when a knife inserted comes out clean.
