- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup pure pumpkin (about 1/2 can - You can also easily make homemade canned pumpkin too.)
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease your loaf pan.
- In a stand up mixer, combine bananas and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well each time.

- In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon.

- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 70 to 80 minutes. Bread is done when a knife inserted comes out clean.
