Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup banana mashed
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil or oil of choice
  • ⅔ cup sugar organic
  • 2 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips chocolate chunks, or a combination

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed banana and pumpkin puree.
  3. Mix in the butter and vegetable oil until completely combined.
  4. Add the sugar and mix well.
  5. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice.
  7. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  8. Beat until fully combined.
  9. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  10. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  11. Bake for 55–65 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
