Ingredients
- 16 ounces pumpkin puree
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a pot and cook on medium heat until thickened and fruit butter consistency, about 30 minutes. You want it to be spreadable but not runny.
- Let the pumpkin butter cool.
- Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
