Pumpkin Butter (Instant Pot or Stovetop)
Pumpkin Butter is a smooth, spiced spread made from pumpkin puree, apple juice or cider, brown and white sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt. This recipe can be prepared quickly in an Instant Pot or simmered on the stovetop. It produces a sweet, aromatic spread suitable for toast, baking, or as an ingredient in other dishes.
