Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (355 milliliters) milk dairy or oat milk
- 1/2 cup (120 grams) pumpkin puree refrigerated
- 1 banana chopped, frozen
- 1/2 cup (50 grams) quick oats
- 2 ounces (57 grams) cream cheese softened at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (130 grams) ice
Topping:
- Whipped Cream

Instructions
- In a large blender, add the milk, pumpkin puree, banana, oats, cream cheese, honey, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla extract, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
