Ingredients

  • 2 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 8 lices bread thick hearty

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs and milk and until well combined. Add in pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and brown sugar. Mix until combined.
  2. Dip bread into egg mixture.
  3. Place bread on preheated griddle sprayed with non stick spray. Cook on each side for about 2 minutes. Serve with syrup.

Notes

  • Keep cooked toast warm in a 200°F oven on a baking sheet while finishing other batches to ensure all pieces serve hot.
