Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup Graham crackers chopped but not completely crushed
Optional Toppings
  • whipped topping
  • pumpkin spice
  • caramel ice cream topping
  • chocolate chips
  • Graham crackers crushed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients but the graham crackers to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the graham crackers and give the blender a few more pulses.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with your favorite toppings.
