Pumpkin Muffins
Pumpkin Muffins combine smooth pumpkin puree with warm spices for moist, tender quick bread muffins. The batter includes eggs, vegetable oil, and sugar to provide richness and sweetness, balanced by baking soda to leaven and spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger for autumn flavor. Baked in liners, these muffins produce individual portions with soft crumb and subtly spiced notes.
