Pumpkin flavored vodka, apple cider, pumpkin butter, and ginger ale are served in copper mugs with crushed ice, and garnished with cinnamon sticks and thyme.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces pumpkin flavored vodka
- 1 tablespoon apple cider
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin butter
- 4 ounces ginger ale
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 prigs fresh thyme for garnish
- 1 tick cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a copper mug with the ice.
- Add the apple cider, pumpkin butter and vodka directly to the copper mug.
- Top with the ginger ale.
- Garnish with the thyme and cinnamon stick and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes
- To make ahead for a gathering, combine the apple cider, vodka, and pumpkin butter in a pitcher. When it's time to serve, fill the copper mugs with crushed ice and fill 1/3 of the way with the pitcher contents. Then top with ginger ale.
- If you cannot find pumpkin flavored vodka, you can use plain vodka or vanilla flavored vodka.
- If you'd like a stronger ginger flavor, use ginger beer instead of ginger ale.
- To make non-alcoholic, omit the vodka and increase the ginger ale, or even use a vanilla-flavored seltzer. A great non-alcoholic spirit to replace the vodka is Seedlip Spice.
