Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 TBSPs pumpkin puree frozen
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese I used 2%, low fat
  • 3 tsps agave nectar or more to taste
  • ¼ cup oats quick cooking
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the milk and oats to the blender. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to combine.
