Pumpkin Oatmeal Smoothie
This Pumpkin Oatmeal Smoothie is just under 120 calories a serving with a whopping 9 grams of protein. Plus it's pretty delicious too! A perfect fall breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 4 TBSPs pumpkin puree frozen
- ¼ cup cottage cheese I used 2%, low fat
- 3 tsps agave nectar or more to taste
- ¼ cup oats quick cooking
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the milk and oats to the blender. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend to combine.
