- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
