- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 Graham crackers
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to combine 8 ounces cream cheese1 cup pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Place 8 graham crackers in a food processor and process until they are finely crushed or place the graham crackers in a resealable plastic bag, seal it tightly, and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine crumbs.
- Add the crushed graham crackers to the pumpkin mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Serve with apple slices, vanilla or chocolate cookies, pretzels, additional graham crackers, or whatever else you desire!
