Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 Graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to combine 8 ounces cream cheese1 cup pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Place 8 graham crackers in a food processor and process until they are finely crushed or place the graham crackers in a resealable plastic bag, seal it tightly, and use a rolling pin to crush them into fine crumbs.
  3. Add the crushed graham crackers to the pumpkin mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. Serve with apple slices, vanilla or chocolate cookies, pretzels, additional graham crackers, or whatever else you desire!
