Pumpkin Pie Filling Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp dulce de leche
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with an electric mixer. Pour into a pie crust.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
  3. Reduce heat to 325 and cook for another 35-40 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
