Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (choose only one of the sweetener options).
  2. Pour into four pint-sized mason jars, or eight half-pint mason jars. Screw on lids and refrigerate overnight. Smoothie will thicken as it stands.
  3. Serve smoothies cold. Smoothies stay good in the fridge for about 1 week.

Notes

  • use 1 tablespoon powdered Stevia instead of sweetened condensed milk.
  • For a natural sugar option, use 4 pitted medjool dates instead of sweetened condensed milk
  • For a low sugar option use 1 tablespoon powdered Stevia instead of sweetened condensed milk.
