Ingredients
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup milk your choice or almond or soy milk, fat free
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 4-5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth
