  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup milk your choice or almond or soy milk, fat free
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4-5 ice cubes
