Pumpkin Pie Spice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp allspice

  1. Combine all spices in a bow and mix well to combine.

Notes

  • This recipes makes 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice, enough for most pumpkin spice recipes. 
  • Feel free to double, triple, quadruple or more the recipe to have homemade pumpkin pie spice on hand to use at any time. 
  • If any of the spices are not your personal favorite, it's fine to slightly reduce them. Cloves and/or allspice can even be omitted. However, don't skimp on cinnamon. It is vital to creating the pumpkin spice flavor that everyone loves.
