- 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Stir together cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg in a small bowl.
- Place spice blend in a sealed jar for up to 1 year and use in recipes that call for pumpkin pie spice.

Notes
- Some pumpkin pie spice blends have allspice and ground cardamom as well. If you want to add these to this recipe, simply add 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice and 1/8 teaspoon cardamom to the mixture.
