This Pumpkin Spice coffee protein shake is the perfect breakfast meal or an afternoon pick-me-up. Made with super flavorful pumpkin spice coffee mixed with protein powder, high protein skim milk, and topped with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coffee cold, Dunkin’ Donuts Pumpkin Spice, brewed
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk high protein
  • 2 collagen peptides measured in scoops
  • 1 vanilla protein powder scoop
  • Pinch xanthan gum
  • 1-2 cups ice
  • Whipped Cream
  • pumpkin pie spice dash

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the whipped cream and spice to a blender and blend until smooth. Depending on how thick you like your shakes you will use 1-2 cups of ice. Start with less and add more as needed.
  2. Top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
