Ingredients
- 4 cups freshly brewed coffee (any flavor such as Pumpkin Spice or House Blend)
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups organic whole milk
- Whipped Cream (optional topping)
Instructions
- To brew the extra strong coffee, I suggest 1/2 cup ground coffee with 4 cups water.
- While the coffee is brewing, whisk together pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, vanilla and milk in a small sauce pot over medium heat. Continue whisking until bubbles start to form around the edges.
- Fill four coffee mugs halfway with coffee then top with the warm milk mixture. Garnish with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon if you wish. Serve immediately.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- If you have a milk frother at home, this is a great time to use it! It’s just as delicious without, however.
