Pumpkin Spice Latte

Delicious homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice latte adjusted to your preference. Make without granulated sugar and the pumpkin milk of your preference

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk almond, whole, coconut, your choice, unsweetened
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract not a typo
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2-3 Tablespoons sweetener of your choice
  • coffee strong
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Put all your ingredients in a blender, and feel free to adjust the spices to your preference. Whip it up and store it in your refrigerator. Shake before using.
  2. When you are ready for a latte, heat 1/2 cup of the pumpkin milk in the microwave for about a minute, and add it to 1 cup of your strong hot coffee.
  3. Top it off with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, of course!

Notes

  • Pumpkin puree will settle at the bottom of your cup. If that is bothersome, you can strain the milk mixture before storing it in the refrigerator.
  • When first shared this recipe I added 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. I've noticed that amount may be too strong depending on the variety used. 1/2 teaspoons is fine for most varieties of cinnamon.
