- 1/4 1/4 cup hot espresso or strong black coffee
- 1 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 2 - 3 2 - 3 tablespoons half and half heavy cream, or milk
- 1/2 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice + more for garnish
- 1/2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1 tablespoon granulated sugar optional
- Whipped Cream

- 1/4 1/4 cup cold brew coffee or chilled espresso
- 1 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 2 - 3 2 - 3 tablespoons half and half heavy cream, or milk
- 1/2 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice + more for garnish
- 1/2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1 tablespoon granulated sugar optional
- Whipped Cream
Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1/4 1/4 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee
- 1 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 2 - 3 2 - 3 tablespoons coconut milk almond milk, or soy milk
- 1/2 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice + more for garnish
- 1/2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1 tablespoon stevia optional
Instructions
Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Add espresso or black coffee to the container of a blender. Add in half and half, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and sugar, if using. Secure top to blender container and blend on high speed until the liquids become somewhat frothy. Pour into a serving cup and top with whipped cream and additional pumpkin spice for garnish.

- Add cold press coffee, half and half, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and sugar to the container of a blender. Secure top to blender container and blend on high speed until the liquids become somewhat frothy. Pour over a glass of ice and top with whipped cream and additional pumpkin spice for garnish.
Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Add espresso or black coffee to the container of a blender. Add in coconut milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and stevia, if using. Secure top to blender container and blend on high speed until the liquids become somewhat frothy. Pour into a serving cup and top additional pumpkin spice for garnish.
