Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Pumpkin Spice Muffins combine pumpkin puree with warm spices like cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to create a moist, tender muffin with a classic fall flavor. The batter uses eggs, sugar, and canola oil for richness and moisture, resulting in soft muffins with a balanced sweetness. Baking produces light muffins with a slightly spiced aroma, ideal for a cozy brunch or a baked gift. These muffins yield a large batch, perfect for sharing or storing.
