Pumpkin Spice Whipped Coffee

This pumpkin spice whipped coffee is the perfect seasonal twist to the traditional Dalgona coffee. It's lightly sweet with just a hint of vanilla and pumpkin pie spice to bring all the fall flavor. You'll love how easy this delicious treat is to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 cups milk of choice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, boiling water, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix with a hand mixer until light in color and soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.
  3. Place one cup of ice and one cup of milk in 2 coffee mugs.
  4. Divide the whipped coffee between the two mugs. 
  5. Stir to combine the whipped coffee and milk.

Notes

  • You can omit the sugar if you unsweet coffee.
  • Add more or less pumpkin pie spice depending on how "spiced" you want your coffee.
