Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) milk
  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces (57 grams) white chocolate chopped
Garnishes:
  • Whipped Cream
  • mini marshmallows
  • Grated white chocolate
  • Pinch pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and cloves over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the milk begins to summer.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  3. Serve immediately with desired garnishes: whipped cream, marshmallows, white chocolate, and/or pinch pumpkin pie spice.
